Dr. Ejya Mathur is the Periodontist and Implantologist at our centre, She is a vibrant young doctor who understands her patient treatment needs very well. She specializes in the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of periodontal (Gums) disease, She is specially trained in the placement, maintenance, and repair of dental implants. She specialises in laser and cautery treatments. She is also an expert in the in performing cosmetic periodontal procedures like gums depigmentation and reshaping of gums for smile designing. She has performed numerous surgeries which include severe gum problems, periodontal pocket reduction, artificial bone augmentation, treating vertical and horizontal bone defect,PRF procedures. She is an expert in scaling and root planing (in which the infected surface of the root is cleaned) or root surface debridement (in which damaged tissue is removed).
